I wonder if those who are bright stars out there in RL shine here at H2G2 also, or whether they lurk more. Whether its a different kind of personality that makes its presence felt online that in the media of down the boozer. Hmmmn...

I have a classic car that was in a film for a good couple of minutes. It was a film called Backbeat, about the Beatles. Paul Macartney and John Lennon leaned on the bonnet whilst having a chat about seasickness. I'm not sure that counts as really really famous, but the filmmakers paid me £85 for letting them use my car. 
And I've spotted myself in the crowd at a footie match a couple of times.
And I was once interviewed on my local radio station.

My school was featured in one of the Tony Hart art-books (for anyone under twenty-five, or not from the UK, Tony Hart presented an art programme for kids a generation ago). I drew a chicken on the mural that was featured in the book!
