'Twas all an illusion.
Whilst aboard a three mast clipper somewhere in the West Indies, I entered a 'Viking Race'. 
I didn't really 'enter'. One second I'm damcing to the steel drums, the next some big brut sets me down on the deck! There were two lines...each person, one behind the other had to drink their BLACK DUCTH 
BEER...& what they couldn't finish, they had to pour onto the person in front of them. The guy behind me was a real, er, he gaged on the beer so I was doused. Even diving into the Sea as soon as the "game" was over didn't get the stains out. And there was that time on Tortola.
I drank a pint to wash down the Island Rum that was being chased on by the Chevis.
Somehow
I ended up in a rather sticky situation. I was somehow transported, without papers, into another Country.
The mean old guard there didn't think I was one bit funny. magine! 
Lucily the fellas who fed me the rum & 
found & resqued me.
I'd tell ya' more. But I don't want to bore you. 
Thanks for not asking how the beer got on me. 
Now, I'd like to make certain you fellas are okay for awhile without me. 
I know...I'll miss you too. But very soon...perhaps tomorrow even, I'm packing up mac & moving.

Righty ho I'll tell all.
Well, I was on a leadership course, with this royal navy cadet thing i do. Anyway, on April Fools' day we were told that because of the escalating situation in Iraq, and because firemen were striking, all non- essential training would have to be cancelled. So we were told we had 1/2 an hour to pack all our stuff. We got back downstairs all packed up and ready to go and were told what a hilarious joke had been played on us.
