I'll grant that Shea knows how to be mean,
but does that make her right?
I make my case to a higher authority. Thank
God for Friday. If it's good enough for Him
(or, if you believe in a female deity, Her),
it's good enough for me.

Fine, Shea, we'll continue this discussion
later after I consult with Aristotle, Wittgenstein,
and Larry, Moe, and Curly.
Have a nice day.

Shea my dear, I am not trying to taunt anyone I am merely creating a space for folk who have no beef with the names of the days of the week to have their say.
And as your Esteemed Warlord has said, the more postings by dissenters made here, the higher the Thingite campaign rises up the most busy conversations list

I said it was ironic that this was the purpose it was serving not that I actually approved of all of this - goading us and stuff, well I said if you continued I'd sic Shea on you and well..ho-hoo - you've unleashed the powers now.
Shea, don't hold back. you have my full and unwavering support to meet out punishment as you see fit.

That GDesk fellow is rather brave!
I don't know what ever gave him the idea to the strongest group at h2g2.
I suspect temporary insanity!
By the way being a part-timer here I've neglected to find out what the Thingite's problem is with the names for the days of the week.
They were kind enough to let me come along and hurl objects around with my catapult. Even though I have no problem saying Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday!
So if Thursdayites don't mind me using this specially designed trap door here I'll gladly say Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday here!

*fears for elwoods life*
*wonders when shea will mete out punishment... or if elwood will have to go and meet his fate?*

So, you feinds are trying to make a mockery of Clan Thing? Well my friends, I am here to tell you that you are being most unwise. I bring with me my menagerie of and I call upon the other members of clan thing also, to come and smite the infidels!

It'd be a brave god that tried claiming to be a higher authority than Shea.
*Smites Elwood, Paul and GreyDesk*
*Is too well-mannered to smite broelan*

elwood ... I suggest you put your head between your knees, and kiss your ass goodbye ...
::: takes powder out of the secret satchel in her silver breastplate, and sprinkles it on elwood, who is instantly bombarded :::
::: wipes hands off :::
It's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it.
