Yeah go for it. Not sure about using Big Mac's though, biological warfare isn't very ethical you know

Ex-Rambling:
No honor? Surely you jest.
Sunday honors the sun, without which
we would freeze our little butts off.
Saturday honors Saturn, which has those
cute rings orbiting around it (probably
just trash that the Saturnites wanted to
be rid of. will have rings before
long, too)
Friday honors fried fish, which good Catholics
used to eat instead of meat to show that their faith
gave them the strength to do without Big Macs.
Thursday (pronounced "thirsty") provided the
beverage to go along with the fried fish
or Big Macs.
Wednesday honored weddings.
I'll leave Monday and Tuesday till early
next week

I don't respect nor do I honor the days of the weak.
The sun has Apollo, it doesn't need Dontbry.
I hate fried fish but respect Poets.(Your stuff is pretty good, btw.)
I drink whenever I'm thirsty, not just 1 day out of the week.
I was married on a Dobry, not a Wibble. Wibble, Wibble.Besides who wants to wed nes?
And Saturn has Saturn Girl and Saturn's Daughter. It can do without Dobry.

One good deserves another.
It's so hard to remember who's a Thingite,
who's pro-dog, who's pro-cat, who's a
Zaphodista, who has what gender (btw,
several researchers are starting to refer
to Vulpix as "him").
We'll never agree on the names of the days,
I'm afraid. Peace, Ex-Rambling .
For what it's worth, it was GreyDesk's
idea to start this thread. It was even
fun for a while....

Yes, it was excellent.
Some of the cultural references went
over my head (Saturn Girl? If she's a
pop singer, I don't follow pop singers
much any more).
I'm not supposed to eat fried food at
all, but I cheat when I order Chinese
take-out food. I eat Egg rolls.
Is this thread building up to some
sort of climactic battle, or will it
lose momentum and finally die? I don't
think GreyDesk planned on anything
large-scale at the beginning. A few
of us were gathered at his fan club,
and we realized that we all liked
the current names of the days (or were
apathetic enough not to want them
changed; or both).
About six months ago, I started a thread
here objecting to some aspects of the
Thingite campaign. So, you see, I'm not a
Johnny-come-lately on this issue.....

Well, I don't know if this thread will fade out or not, but with all the foul language that gets flung around I don't know if my delicate sensibilities can take it much longer.

It wasn't my idea to start this thread. It was really elwood's, but he didn't have the bottle to go and do it.
Anyway, this Thursday is turning out just like most other Thursdays in being a really rather fine day for me. The meetings have been easy, the weather is just as I like it, and the sandwich shop had my favourite sandwich in stock for lunch

T.J., you made a pun.
Shea disapproves of puns (or, maybe
she just disapproves of my puns ).
If you ever tell one pun too many,
I'll be glad to let you hide in one
of my secret caverns.
Foul Language, eh? So you're not a fan
of Tuesday Weld, or Sergeant Friday
on "Dragnet"? Suppose you run into
one of Kemelman's rabbis? I shall
weep for your misfortune .
Weep, oh mine eyes, and see snot....
