A Conversation for The Gam Room Storytellers

You know, we could always send a message to the POST. I mean, I pay closer attention to the POST than I do the Peta's Picks. I mean, sure I'll glance at them, and I'll usually visit, but the POST is definitely a better way of advertising. In fact, I'll start writing an article. So . . . do you think that the frog story will ever end?

who knows, but some people try to set-up to many big ending situations. But again, very nicely done anonymouse. The page still looks good and now that I have been mentioned I have time to really come up with something good to complain about next time. Well back to story posts.

Well, we might not be one of Peta's picks any more but I just noticed this entry is on the busiest forums list.

hey, I've got it! The cover of the book (For *THE* story" could just say "The Game Room Storytellers" and in parenthesis put the URL for the real title!!! Although . . . am I talking about this in the correct forum? No, wait, it's the "What should we name our story2" forum, isn't it? Never mind . . .
Except we could divide it up. You know, between climactic endings! Book two could have "The Game Room Writes Again!" written on it with the URL for that title . . .
I'll stop talking now.

I agree with you! well not about all the title stuff, but you should stop talking. (just kidding not being mean)

I suppose then we could have 'Return of the Gam Room Storytellers' and 'The Gam Strikes Back.' Yeah, I know they're horribly cliched, and I don't even like Star Wars. How about 'Episode One: The Phantom Plot'

Siguy Posted Feb 13, 2000
why worry about making it a book, or making another guide entry. The story changes so often that we might as well just list every word in the dictionary in the title because thats the only way it won't be out dated.

And don't forget: "Play it again, Gam" or "One Gam is not enough"

Siguy Posted Feb 14, 2000
or how about "Spartacus"
Hmm, thats a great name, I'm suprised no one has used it in a movie before.

Can I get a listing perhaps? I have credentials. I started the bit about singing "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" backwards in E-major whilst juggling rubber chickens and riding unicycles made entirely of Bob Evan's breakfast sausage. And also the mauve weasels. Really I did.

I don't think there would be a problem. Anonymouse will probably put up your name after your post is read.

Anonymouse Posted Feb 16, 2000
As Sig said, I'm sure there's no problem. Would you have a preference as to the title, or need I scrounge around in my dusty imagination?

Inventor of greatly insane things? Well okay, it isn't embarrassing but I think it would be an appropriate title. Wasn't it also Icarus who started turning eyes into fruit? Oh, there must be an embarrassing fruity title about.

Anonymouse Posted Feb 17, 2000
How about Fruity Inventor and Poet Laureate (or Choreographer)?
So is this`?
Afgncaap5 Posted Feb 17, 2000
No, 'Apricot' is a name that I would find embarrasing.
*Prays that no one in this forum has that middle name*

Icarus Posted Feb 17, 2000
I didn't actually start the fruit bit. Somebody else turned Arthur (then known as "the boy")'s eyes into grapefruits. I simply seized the idea and started turning his eyes into iMac fruits every time Merlin summoned an iMac or when I just felt like it. As for the title, how about "Creator of Spontaneous Oddities"?
