Hair designer: Gina (no last name, just Gina. Kinda like Madonna.)

Sorry Captain, my brain seems to have spontaneously combusted when I sneezed. I'll have to hand the forms in incomplete. Hope this doesn't ruin my chances of becoming a crewmember. Is it a pre-requisite to have a functioning brain?
