h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I know there's the huge Red Dwarf sign that could be used but has no-one tried to make a smaller, flashier looking members' badge to go on personal spaces? Admittedly I'm no good with it, wouldn't know where to begin but I thought another of our crew might be able to, any takers? Go on, you know it'd be fun, and you can take all the credit for making it.

Think it'd be worth it.

Unless there's any community artists who could make a special picture for it, I think that's how the Pythonists' badge was created and that looks pretty cool.

Well the Artists doing something is much harder... first the place has to be catagorised by community choice and then you have to apply to I can't remember what it is called RF22 I think... but that is closed at the moment... there is a blacklog...

I like it personally, nicer than the big ol' one, any chance of a border and perhaps some understated JMC initials to make it look like the insignia of the ship? Or am I just getting cocky there?

I don't know how to do that and the GuideML clinic seems to be off-line for some strange reason .

The code for the current RD "Badge" (it's just the words Red Dwarf in larger size and in red with a link attached) is:

I have seen that one but I'm not too fond, its just very big and blocky. Not that I have much right as a newbie to barge in unnannouced and slate things but I think it'd look a bit more dapper maybe with a border and something more ie JMC above it in smaller text, something to round it off a bit more

I think it's fine. I looks a bit like the name printed on Red Dwarf's nose cone.
