Well, it seems to me that you should tell her to stop seeing.

My younger brother has a friend. She doesn´t want any kind of commitment. She or he phone each other, meet, have sex and so long darling. You could do that. But say it clearly. (Don´t see any problem in meeting someone just for sex)
