Daniel Craig. (After all he doesn't want to be too typcast as 007, (the guy really is the most brilliant and versatile actor, and I love him)

Can't bear the thought of a female Doctor. Just doesn't sit right. Not that I'm being sexist, but it's always been a male character and there have been female Time Lords (or Time Ladies?).
