Its part of their religeon . They cut it off after they are wallies but before they reach full gerkinhood . A fully formed cucumber , still with a crust , would be ostrasized at the tabernacle by his fellow cucumbers .

That's nothing.
I've seen a fountain in Amsterdam that shaped like a large erect you-know-what. The water quirts out the top and the testicles revolve as the water cascades down the side.
At 11am on quite Sunday strolling by the canals (until you realise you've wandered into a certain district that has "Suck n f*** 5 gilda" on street hordings and vibrators in bargain buckets and you realise where you are. Then, fleeing for the exits, you round the corner and see The Fountain and it's like. Classy. Given the surroundings. Not so much art-knobbling as - I'll stop there.
