The time has come to say farewell
NexusSeven Posted Nov 3, 2005
Hi Shazz!
It was good working with you for the very brief time that I did so.
Also, it was wonderful meeting you in the flesh along with all the Dutch crew way back when - you were (and indeed are) a lively, friendly and funny lot, and it was my pleasure to have met you all.
Cheers,
Lindsay / N7

Just to add my goodbye, in case you're still lurking!

Take care

Thankyou Shazz for everything. I know I was a pain with my long story titles and my last minute entries... but thank you for everything. You will be sorely missed, and I hope that we can bring the place back to something resembling the place you joined

All the very best to you, Shazz.
In you, I've been fortunate enough to find one editor with prominent talent and discreet ego.
But I feel more fortunate still in finding a friend with a warm heart and an inspirational character.
We'll cherish your legacy.

It is a sad thing to see you go.
I will forever cherish the memories of the Dutch Meets in your hospitable home (although my ears still ring from the Kasteel).
Try to come back somewhere in the future as a participant instead of THE organiser.

I'm sorry to learn that you have been ill Shazz and sad that you are leaving hootoo.
You were one of my first h2g2 friends from way back when it was all new and sparkly and although we haven't bumped into one another much recently, I will miss you just being around.
If you are lurking, please do keep in touch via email. My address is still the same one.
