My 6 year old son just got 138. So, I had to have another go, obviously. I got 155.

This is some sort of insidious plot on the part of Google...

I'll bet they're trapping all the energy of the people who spent half their working day hitting the spacebar...

They'll bottle it and sell it to NASA. smiley - run

Google 'search' homepages have changed in Canada and the US.
The upper bar of clickable links to Maps, Mail, Images, etc
has been removed and replaced by LARGER link buttons on
the bottom and smaller fine print links in the upper right.

No new images or doodles for weeks now.

And it's fully eight months since I first 'reported a problem'
to Google Maps going dark on fifteen km of the highway I live on.
This includes several alternate Google inquiry forums and emails
to people who said they had insider connections to the Maps peeps.

I don't like the new google either. Sometimes I am looking for something on exclusively francophone websites, but am only offered the option "German language sites" or "any language", and have to skip the first half-dozen pages which come up with English language sites with the same word in.

This is always a problem. Also when you type in the url of an English language website you are often automatically redirected to the German version. Very annoying.

I don't know, though. It was the custom in several ancient cultures to leave food offerings for the dead, and food is left at the graves of loved ones on the Day of the Dead in Mexico. So have your (notional) cake in his memory, if you wish. I'm not sure what he'd think, not being into philosophy.
