I only just landed here but, on topic, would say that, as blokes obviously like a bit of meat, and women are always dieting, shouldn't somebody say something?

There was a German study that showed that the more "male" the photo of a woman on her resume looked, the more likely she was to get a managing position... I could provide a link, but would a German site help any of you? Maybe I can find it in English somewhere...
