One can develop the ability to breathe adaquately when err one had a err full mouth... its just a nack... bit like reducing ones natural inate 'gag' reflex ... or so I've heard anyhow

yes- I think there was a movement, to break off the penises off these sculptures- hence, a lot are missing them.
