I find I get less distracted when I've had a few s, so it's easier to concentrate on w**king...

a few s will relax me far too much if w*****g needs to be done

It's about finding the perfect balance...between having enough to be comfortable and too much to care....

Just ease yourself into it...have a and try w**king...then gradully increase the intake until you find the amount which helps you w**k more comfortably...

I think what we have to remember is, when people are happy to w**k, they will w**k with more focus and direction, making their w**king more efficent and of a better quality...

we get w**k-efficiency experts coming around telling us how to improve our w*****g practices, when all thats needed is a commonsense attitude to w*****g such as you've displayed

We, the common w**kers, all know what we are looking for in w**k...there are places where the focus isn't just on speed and volume, but about creating an environment that people enjoy...so they wake up happy at the propect at w**king for a few hours!

Once the w**kers are happy, it works from the ground up...trying to rule over w**kers with fear is counterproductive, in my opinion...

you notice that in places where the w*****s are happy keep their w*****s for a lot longer than high-pressure w**kplaces where burnout is common

People always complain about the high turnover of w**kers...but unless you can give people a good solid reason to w**k for you you can't really expect any kind of loyalty...
