My nickname for a while was UB, because there was a rap song called "You Be Ailin'" which sounded like they were saying, "You Be Ellen."

No, I've never even heard of JJ42! What are they, a band? I just added 42 to my screenname as a tribute to Douglas Adams, way back before I even heard of h2g2.

Oh, sorry, my mind is playing tricks with me. There is no band called jj42, it's jj72. It just sounded so familiar, I thought they existed. I'm not a real fan of jj72 myself, ofcourse, or I wouldn't have made this mistake. But a friend of mine is/was, so there you go.

The guy from JJ72 sings in a way that pretty much guarantees that he'll loose his voice in a few years or end up sounding like the late Michael Elphick all the time.
Some might see this as an improvement

What annoys me most is that they have the nerve to say that they are influenced by the might Smashing Pumpkins, but yet do not show one ounce of talent in their own work...

Woodpigeon Posted Jan 7, 2003
My RL name means "pigeon" or "dove" in Gaelic. And, we had a woodpigeon perched in the tree at the back of the house when I was thinking of changing my name. Seemed like a good idea at the time, and I have never felt any great need to change it since.
