Hey, I've already had Xanatic offered to me for Christmas, back in the forums for the "Fantasy Christmas Stocking" entry.

*grin*..i'll have to find that forum . Or maybe we should start with a 'bid on Xanatic' forum, and have the opening bid be airfare to any destination on the planet.

What the sort with those tiny pastel coloured beads, with the two metal ball type clasp (hard to describe) that you used to get in the early 80's?
Wow that brings back loads of nostgia, my nan used to have one of those for a glasses case.

Now only a nice friendly girl would have a purse like that.

Uhh, I'm being auctioned off now. Sounds pretty neat, though I think you can do better than a beaded purse. As for the stocking, better get one of those large ones especially made for hanging on the fireplace. Then there's a chance some of me might fit into it

The nice, friendly girl was one I met in the hostel, she was in the same room. We went out to get some food(stingray) and I showed her a bit of Kuala Lumpur. Though all the places seemed to close just as we got there. Now I'm travelling around with her. She's Swedish and keeps going on about her wonderful bf back home :D

But oh the temptation.

Nah, I've just been shown my place in the world.

The first day I thought I actually had a chance. I was making her laugh and we had some nice conversations and such. But then the following days we didn't just have that much to talk about. She talked about the interesting things that had happened on her travels. Well, since nothing interesting ever happens in my life, I didn't have that much I could say on my part. And we haven't talked all that much. Today I was doing some other stuff, while she went to the beach again. I didn't cos I needed to rest my skin and my hormones And on the bus she met some guy who she had loads of fun with and is going out with again tonight. So there goes the last shred of chances I had.

Is one nice, friendly girl so much to ask for?

You know, with this particular girl it wasn't just physical attraction. Admittedly she does look really good. But judging by the first night she is the kind of girl I would have asked out if I met her somewhere else. Which really can't be said for many girls. But she likes the kind of crazy outgoing guys, and I don't excactly fit that.
