Where can I find some nice friendly girls?
IctoanAWEWawi Posted Jan 1, 2003
Hey Xanatic, don't worry, I too had an uneventful new year, pub was full of kiddies and I sat there and rrealised that I was the token single male. It is kinda depressing ain't it? Ah well, happy new year and hope it treats us both better than last

"token single male"? - then perhaps you should have found yourself a token single malt! What do you want some nice friendly girls for anyway? - No, I take that back, foolish question, especially round here...

Probably just as well, if i replied to that question I think my post may get moderated as this is a suposedly family site.
Single malt? The pub we was in seemed to think that waving a shot glass in the general direction of the optiks constitutes serving a shot! Did not impress the whiskey drinkers I must say Although more of a beer man myself!
See, somebody replied to you!

Can I add my name to the list of uneventful New years eves.
Admittedly the mushrooms made it very interesting, but no women to pull. I didnt even get a snog from any of the girls I know. The highlight of my night was when some random girl walked up to me and planted a kiss on my lips and then ran away.
But heres to next year, lets hope it treats all of us better than the last one...

I decree a massive shortage in nice friendly girls.
Which is annoying... Ive always been the kind of guy who has a lot of close female friends, but I lost most of these, (or at least lost the closeness) when I spent 2 1/2 years with my ex... Now I have no close female friends, and stand no chance of meeting any as the only women i meet are pulls in clubs...
Its quite lonely...

girls like musical guys, really?
Actually I have gotten comments (exclusively from girls) who can hear me playing my saxophone from my room, all along the lines of
'Oh, thats you is it? Wow, you're really good!'
But my sax is broken and being repaired atm

Oh, I never went to school with them...
And their still around, they're just not my close friends anymore. 2 1/2 years of distance is quite a bit, you cant just go back to hanging round with people after that long of only seeing them now and then...
