It's different when you're a "celebrity"! Then everyone is looking at you - so you MUST have status, in spite of the scruffiness and lack of personal hygiene.
oh and eyebrows?? yeah... mmmmmm

Potholer Posted Mar 29, 2001
'Nice' is possibly one of the most double-edged words in the emotional dictionary. I wonder how often has a guy had a girl begin a sentence to him with 'You're really nice...' without following it with '... but ...' ?

Eyebrow skills are very important, Peregrin.
And I wasn't implying that all jocks aren't nice. Just that mine wasn't, so I left him for the guy who was.

HErrrrmmmm
Oh... and... I am 21, and completely tired of dealing with the bad boys. I DO NOT like being treated poorly. I DON'T like to be pushed arou-- well... .... actually.. but... that would get moderated...

How CAN we carry on!??
...that's stinkiness... but perhaps it is a reasonable stinkiness... I know not...
I do know, though... that I think I will bid on Peregrin again. Well, if I know his birthday-- ::shouts:: What's his birthday!??
::turns to Hooloovoo(hope I got that right):; And what is YOUR birthday!??
(oh, it's so fun being me!!! )

I'll bid 1 MB of web space on Mrs. V's nice, quiet-living 21-year-old. My reasons are entirely lecherous. But the sad truth is that I shall probably sell him on, unless he turns out to be sufficiently independent-minded. I hate a bird dog.
Killer bid?
Kaeori Posted Mar 30, 2001
Have consulted independent financial advisor, who concludes that Peregrin may be a wise investment (with the proviso that his value may go down as well as up).
So, I bid all that has gone before, and add to that the Picasso.
(If I get him, can I put him on display in a glass case?)

I think I need so more details, please, Amy the Auctioneer: is it true about the eyebrows? I find that rather... intriguing... can you imagine the feel of them ladies, rippling up and down?
But what I really want to know is, does the successful bidder get the footcam? Harking back to earlier in this post, it's obvious that there's a lot of foot-fetishism going on, so what better accessory is there? Throw that in and I'll top Kaeori's bid with seven strawberry yoghurts 9the type with the fruit on the side)
Killer bid?
Kaeori Posted Mar 30, 2001
I was referring, of course, to the Citroën Xsara Picasso 1.8i (in tasteful Misty Lilac), still under warranty.
Naturally, I'll match Cloviscat's yoghurts, and throw in a veritable mountain of profiteroles, positively drowning in chocolate fudge sauce.

The bid is with Cloviscat for Lot 1 (Peregrin and assorted items, including a foot cam).
The bid is with Asteroid Lil for Lot 2 (both of HV's ex-boyfriends - you can always sell the one you don't want).
Cloviscat, the thing about the eyebrows is true. And he has a lovely voice. AND he actually has something to say.

'...can you imagine the FEEL of them, rippling up and down...'?
Just how big/muscular *are* his eyebrows?

Amy the Ant - High Manzanilla of the Church of the Stuffed Olive Posted Mar 30, 2001
Oops, simulpost. The bid is with the lady with the balls.
mmm profiteroles
Dragonfly: I ought to know when his birthday is. Methinks it is in August which would make him a Leo (like me!) or a Virgo.
(There was some delay between the writing of this and the posting of it due to the arrival of the gas men.)

*Wades through the backlog like Alan Quartermain through Africa, making copious notes until he spots the heightist comment. Stops, shoots evil look at the tall bloke being auctioned off and shuffles out in his five foot six (when the wind is behind me) way*
Killer bid?
Kaeori Posted Mar 30, 2001
(Aside: might the auctioneer be interested in coming to an, ahem, arrangement involving the profiteroles and 'preferred bidder status'?)
Killer bid?
Amy the Ant - High Manzanilla of the Church of the Stuffed Olive Posted Mar 30, 2001
Perhaps I could have a small sample of the profiteroles while I make my decision?
