We apologise for the recent trouble a lot of you are experiencing with the site lately. The DNA servers are experiencing higher volumes of traffic than normal, not just football-related traffic, but traffic also connected to a series of big news events. This trend for increased volumes of traffic we've been seeing for some months now. The DNA team know about this, are working furiously to sort it out, and they've also just informed us that they are expecting delivery of new hardware which will definitely help. Apologies again for all the trouble you've been having and thank you so much for keeping us informed and for your continued patience.

For some odd reason it is less annoying and frustrating now that you've told us that the tech team are aware of these problems.

Although, come to think of it, they created an extra error page which indicates that they must be.

New Hardware sounds like we're in for more of the same, Hardware and server upgrades always spell slow loading and 'Server Busy' messages

Hopefully with bigger hamsters too.

Eds. Yes its like when the train doesn't turn up or just stops for ages..and no information is given. Once it is..it helps no end. For me particularly as a 'difficult' type So thank you.

But talking of footie traffic..that will shortly go through the roof (well I'm hoping so), they certainly need to have some 'ard 'ardware prepared for that.
