The "Server Busy" message is not caused by the server being busy. It is caused by a problem on the server which they are trying to cure at the moment. The temporary fix they have is to keep restarting the server, but they can only do this during working hours (i.e. peak times). They can't do it at night because they're gone home. So we just have to put up with the message until they fix it.

I've just struck the problem for the first time - it's taking multiple refreshes to get pages to load.

Nah--leave in the bottom of the water glass. If you leave nothing, then the server may just think you're cheap--if the tip's tiny and in the glass, it's obvious what your opinion was.

That's a good idea, Any. I leave tips more often now, because the economy is bad, and I expect that fewer customers can afford to eat out at all, let alone leave tips.

Kea, restarting a server usually takes about 4 minutes, but if they have a few servers, they can restart them in turn without a total break in service.
