Thanks Eds. It is good to know we are not being ignored. It's very frustrating for everyone.

Would the servers move faster if we tipped them, or shared our drinks? But seriously (not that I can remember what seriousness is like), I had a serious point to make a mninute ago, and I've forgotten that as well.
Sorry. Bur I *am* willing to share my drink with the server if that will help.

I should put a warning with that thread, because it contains references to budgie smugglers.

Ri-ight.
And the incredibly popular sports event taking place at 10am on a Friday is ...?
Or are we to understand that The BBC's second day of mass hysteria reporting of the Cumbria shootings is so popular, the servers are swamped?

I've never seen that show, but I can't understand its popularity.
Why would people want to sit around and watch springs?

We've just had this message from the DNA Team:
"We are currently experiencing a technical issue on our live servers which is causing the ‘Server Too Busy’ pages you might have been seeing.
We are working on a fix and will keep you updated on the progress. The problem is mainly manifesting itself on messageboard sites.
The problem only occurs after a few hours, and a reset of the server fixes the issue. The servers are being closely monitored and reset to pre-empt the problem while the fix is being worked on.
Apologies for the disruption to the service."

Nice of them to update us
*remembering the good ole days when those error messages went on for months*
I haven't seen that DNA thread about it recently though...

Thanks for keeping us up to date on this, Eds.
Honestly, it makes all the difference when we know someone is looking into it.
