And the fact that I am the oldest of my generation on one side of the family and oldest female of my generation on the other and am considered the spinster as am not married and all babied up yet

The fact that the charts are full of cover versions of music I bought the first time around

You can still feel old walking into clubs, believe you me! It's a case of "bloody Hell, you can't even of *started* your GCSEs!"

What if I don't feel old?

That's right, I was born just a few months before it ended!

Realising that The Young Ones was made 20 years ago, and that it's almost another 20 years since Radio 1 did that "It was 20 years ago today" tribute to Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.

I don't feel old, I certainly don't act old, and I don't look that old. And then I'm informed by a 28-year-old colleague - who I regard as a mate and an equal - casually informs me that her dad is 2 years older than me. Aaaaaarrrrrrgggggghhhhhh!!!!!!

I appear to have lost the ability to construct a grammatical sentence as well - no bloody fun this aging!

I sure don't feel old either. Perhaps we should be talking about feeling the passage of time rather than feeling old. And I definately don't act my age

Oh, and in terms of age, I'm closer to my wife's parents than I am to my wife, by a good way

I am going on a course next week, 'Prepare for Pensioning'.
I was born in WW II and I am free from work forever next month

Things that do make me feel old? Well this place at the moment. All these threads with people banging on about their exams now being over for the year.

As a student returning to uni after a couple of years haitus, my classmates, all fresh-faced and naive, make me feel old.
