Right then:

1. What colour is your toothbrush?
White and pink

2. If you had to choose between an all-paid vacation to Oz or an hour with your favourite politician, which would you take?
Oz. No doubt at all.

3. Which skin do you use to view h2g2?
Alabaster, with it's gorgeous colours and clean lines smiley - sigh

4. What do you actually do all day?
Well at the moment I'm on my summer holiday, so not very much. Mess around online a lot. Yesterday I did some work on my dissertation for about three quarters of an hour. Earlier in the holiday I was temping for a bit.

5. If you could go back in time, which period would you choose?
I think I'd like to see the fourteenth century. It's always interested me.

6. What does your tea cup look like?
I use it for water, but it's purple and says "Chocolate, coffee, men, so much better when they're rich". Don't like coffee, but that's beside the point.

7. Your favorite band, please.
Hmm. Probably Aerosmith.

8. Describe your relationship with your cellphone.
It comes in useful.

9. Would you visit h2g2 if you weren't italicised?
N/A

10. If you could protest one thing in the world right now, what would it be?
I would protest for more action to be taken to protect the environment.

11. Do you think Canada is important? (er, sorry. local rivalries.)
Yes. I've been there and I'd love to go back.

12. Would you prefer to be too hot or too cold?
Too cold - I'm British, we're used to it.

13. Why don't you write entries?
I do. Do your research! smiley - grr

14. Would you prefer to watch 2legs or Jacqueline dance?
I'd have to say 2legs. I hear stories.

15. Do you have pictures on your desk at work? Of who?
W*rk?

16. What was the last thing you googled?
I really don't know.

17. How many of the above did you answer honestly?
All.

18. Did you answer 17 honestly?
Largely.

19. How about 18?
Yes.

20. Would you like some more tea?
Don't drink it. It's ten past 11 in the morning, so I'll take some milk. Semi-skimmed, please.

1. What colour is your toothbrush?
White and orange, with blue accents.

2. If you had to choose between an all-paid vacation to Oz or an hour with your favourite politician, which would you take?
Oz. It was one of my favorite places to visit as a child.
Besides, how do you define "favorite" when you use it right next to "politician"? smiley - erm

3. Which skin do you use to view h2g2?
brunel

4. What do you actually do all day?
1) I work as a lab tech in the organics lab of an environmental lab.
2) I have a little side business where I make chocolate truffles and fall behind on my paperwork because I
3) spend time on h2g2 and elsewhere online.

5. If you could go back in time, which period would you choose?
To visit or to stay?
To visit, the ice age. Yay, wooly mammoths!
To stay, no earlier than since cocoa has been available, the late 1800s, early 1900s.

6. What does your tea cup look like?
When I drink tea, it's usually from a coffee mug, often one with flowers.

7. Your favorite band, please.
Little Charlie and the Nightcats

8. Describe your relationship with your cellphone.
I love it! A bad day is when I realize I've left it at home on the charger.

I'd visit even if I were!

10. If you could protest one thing in the world right now, what would it be?
I would protest for politicians to work for people and not for large multi-national businesses.

11. Do you think Canada is important? (er, sorry. local rivalries.)
Yes. I can't imagine life without Canada's cultural offerings such as the Red Green Show.

12. Would you prefer to be too hot or too cold?
Too cold - I can always wrap up.

13. Why don't you write entries?
I wrote one so far. Gimme time!

Just two more questions:

Do you suppose this was a successful party? (question particularly for Matt and Hypatia)

Why is it important to drive traffic through the front page? (question particularly for the Italics - yes you!)

Alabaster House events are always successful, Leo. smiley - tongueincheek

The thing I like about having social events like this is that it gives me a chance to meet people. smiley - smiley That's important for politicians.

Hey, I did repeal the dreaded cake tax as my first official Presidential act. smiley - biggrin

And we aren't having another election until I either die or resign in protest over an act of Parliament. Those are the rules. I'm afraid you're stuck with me for a while. Lucky for everyone that I'm so darn nice. smiley - angel
