No... as an AMerican I don't know a thing about garden parties and teas. My ignorance must be as glaringly obvious as my epidermis.

Tea Time!

We haven't really had a democratic decision, but howabouts Wednesday August 29th starting at 10.00am GMT and going on until, well, whenever.

If anyone else has any major objections to this date and time, please speak now or forever hold your piece.

Why 10? Is it good for Aussies? It's probably good for the rest of Europe. It isn't terribly convenient for Americans.

10.00 because that's pretty much when the Italics surface on site. We could make it 1300 hours, but that's a bit late for the Oz gang. Maybe 12.00?

i think you should start it a little earlier than ten so americans can help set up and have fun with that and the italics will see their calling cards they leave etc... and then, when they come back on late,r the americans can reply to any things the italics might have said to them. remember this IS virtual. smiley - biggrin

maybe 8 am british standard ... or earlier?
