Hmm... not sure if I'm allowed to post here. See, I was offered to play as Seaman Johan Martens, but I had to decline because I'm going on holiday intermittently for long periods.
Still, I shall watch when I can, and with considerable interest.

It's too bad you can't join us, Chris. The multiple Johan thing should provide some humorous moments.

Garius hasn't divulged my character to me yet. Since I haven't been around hootoo much lately, he wanted to make sure I was available and interested. I expect to hear from him soon. Well, make that tomorrow, since he's usually away from hootoo on Wednesdays.

Sorry to hear that you won't be joining us, Prof. You should enjoy your holiday though. I hear France is luverly this time of year.

Uncle Heavy, well that makes you the second Johan to check in - unless Affy is also a Johan, which he has not yet told us. I do think that the whole "Four Johan" affair will add just the right element of confusion.

Actually, this game was the reason I joined H2G2 in the first place. GL and I met on a message board that discusses role-playing mystery games.

Well, you can never predict at what pace a thread will move. Some of them are glacial and absences can be accomodated easily. Blink at Lil's and you're hopelessly behind. We might just need a heads up if someone is going to be incommunicado for a while so we can steer the plot around him/her until they get back.

Arl, I've seen you around the Atelier for a while. I didn't realize GL introduced you to hootoo. You've been waiting for this all along?
