He still looks like Gillings, except that something about his face now looks deeply evil. He looks strong, like most seamen, but then you are VERY strong.

Don't worry - he can't possess non-living things. That means both you and Goodschad are safe. (Although it might have been fun to see THAT battle of wills )

is it possible for me to reenter the game in the future? (what I'm really asking is do I survive the time between now and the future)

Well, you are a spirit now and spirits never die. It would be great if you entered the story in the future. You could be in possession of one of the bodies of a CART member in the time machine room, or anything else you can think of. Have you read the fact sheet on time travel? That explains the two time travelling organizations.

It would be fun if the way you choose to reenter would also provide for Goodschad to reenter. I don't know if he wants to, but it would be consistent with your character.
