*Comes up the stairs, listening to a walkman. He's mumbling something about a book report on Peter Rabbit, and debating whether or not he should start writing the report now, or wait till tomorrow. He stops debating when he notices a huge dinner. His jaw drops open*
Wow! It's been forever since I've even seen anything like that.
*He hasn't eaten much over the past few days*
I was gonna look at that rift in the fridge, but this's more important.
*Hopes he hasn't broken any continuity by merely skimming through the last twenty posts*

Chilli? Chilli!? Where?
I havn't had an Earth chilli in ages!
Need food!
*rushes to where he can get some..*
Oh, and BTw people, if I could just tel you *not* to visit the space Station Big C for a while...we're having some RL/VR troubles over there, and Krans & Njan are mucking around with it...
I'm writing an article as proof of all my VR truths, so people will no longer be able to contradict me...
So, you know, please, for your own sakes, avoid the Space Station until I announce that it's safe...

"I'm writing an article as proof of all my VR truths, so people will no longer be able to contradict me..."
Oh no you're not!
The chilli and all the Mexican food is right here, Big C. Irv brought it in and it's all authentic and steaming hot. Y'all just help yourself.
I am feeling less rattled today, cos I have had another conversation with the guru and he has encouraged me to keep going with the project. And he's also told me more about what a crackpot he is

Sorry, I noticed an oversight in an earlier post that MUST be corrected.
The Yorkshire Ripper's name was Peter Sutcliffe.
Me and me m8es were talking about them Kray twins (two members of Iron Maiden had dads who hung out with the twins). Definatly the coolest gangstas ever. If you're into that sort of thing, of course.
But why do people turn up their noses at these things? It makes great reading, aye: I poured all over my mum's criminal pathology books - two of 'em, mum wouldn't let me finishread the British one, too grim compared to the American one, and now my sister has 'em both. But the one I did read, the American one, aye, that was fascinating. Not all maimfeedkillrepeat but a genuinally good read.
Same for my sister's crime mags. And the documentaries they show on TV. Aye...
On another note, I got a guide entry approved today but didn't receive an email telling me that the entry had got approved. Pity the subbie didn't see my request for amendments

*puts a couple of tamales and a slice of quesadilla in a bowl for Styx and sets it on the table where he can reach it comfortably*
Among the books your mum might not let you finish is a superb book called Killing for Company about that fellow in London who killed young men then kept their bodies around for weeks, sat them in chairs and watched telly with them. Almost past comprehension. Now what was his name? Dennis or Donald, Nielsen? I think he was found out in 1982 or 1983, because of human remains clogging a public drain. Anyway, the book is a brilliant exposition on criminal pathology.

Hi Lil. Hi Styx.
