DD, I hope so. Alas, I am driving so will have to remain somewhat sober. I find that when drinking and driving a lot gets spilt over the steering wheel.

I think we may have a bottle of Daneil Le Brun NV Brut for lunch.

Good yeasty smell, like a pile of fresh croissant waiting for their jam, and a nice tinge of fruit in there, too. Neatly bubbly, so that you feel the fizz without getting a mouthful of foam, and the flavours are fresh and lightly savoury, Finishes well, with a lingering trace of yeast and some nice fruit characters, completing a wine that would do well in any company on any occasion, from fish and chips by the sea to a grand dinner with visiting friends...

Here, a glass of genuine Porto as a nightcap, and so long...
