"work and no play is starting to make me a very dull wolf..."
Will need a bit of more time before i get used to working late...
Xian... didn't see your posting a few days ago... Yep, the DNA's bio is very informative indeed...
Alec... And he also have been in The Bill, Maigret and The Queen's nose... I hope to be able to get a bit more infos so that it won't be just a name on a list...
We do like the fact that some of the names given have a little personal touch... great stuff... Will make the list more than just a list...
Liam... About Goo... On my way to try to do something about it...
Talk later everyone...

Hello Loup Essex has a Dracula connection in Purfleet. Allegedly Dracula lived at Purfleet.
Carfax House in Purfleet: Many of the locals know the story of Dracula and it's connection to him. Infact Carfax house to which Dracula was supposedly transported in 50 boxes of earth from his Transylvanian Castle.

Kat... WOW, that's an unexpected link there...
I always took for granted that he went straight to London... but yep, he had to stop somewhere first... Interesting indeed... something to sink our teeth into, so to speak...
Managed to make the page Goo friendly... Not as good as i wanted but i can work on it again later on...
One more stop to make and the page will be relatively updated...
Talk soon...

Hello from Southend on sea... and staying away from the sun as much as possible...
Basildonbondgirl... We might have mentioned Depeche Mode before... Will know more once the list is started... It can be difficult looking through a backlog to find one specific info... But no problem... I still have to find a link anyway...
Alison Moyet is one of us then?!... Same than for Depeche Mode: a link is on its way [eventually]...
Got a bit of free time today... So hopefully some work will be done on _the_ list/page...
Kat... Would it be possible to get a link for Grays library?!... they seem to have quite a lot of infos there...
everyone... talk soon...
On my way to check my backlog and then i will start putting some of the infos in the long overdue page about the Essex Celebrities... Back soon...

wolfie...Paul B was studying (Eng.Lit. i think) at Essex Uni. whilst i was a humble lab. tech at the same institution. I used to run the sound and lights at the Unis own theatre on campus, and Paul was in many productions. A couple of Brechts and a Wedekind.

My PC keeps ing at me...
Never mind, i can live with that...
Alec... Definitely some great infos there...
kat... Oooops... i meant to type Thurrock library, of course..
A link could be quite useful...
Update regarding the list/page: Started but definitely haven't finished yet... managed to put something about Douglas Adams... On my way now to do the same about Tom Baker... Paul B will be added soon as well...
As we've got some piccies for DNA and Doctor Who, that should start looking relatively presentable soon...
Alec... I will see if there is a picture which could be related to something that Paul has done... Would be great if we could have a related picture for each name which have been given on this thread... if not, well we will find a way...
Thanks everyone...
Talk soon...
