*This corridor is nearly identical to all of the others in the complex, though instead of having one door lead to a teleportation chamber, the door (which is open) leads outside. Many cells line the corridors. A plaque is on the wall*

*Stupid Little Robot and Affy4 enter from, respectively, the elevator and the door leading outside*

SLR-A PIRATE!

Affy4-ARMORED DEMON!

*The two enter defensive stances*

Outside what? Outside the asteroid, like, vacuum?


*Lil slinks out of the lift and moves along the wall, keeping an eye on the combatants, having learned that all Affi-looking entities are not necessarily Affi*

*slips along the wall, trying to assess what might happen next*

*Exits the lift, somewhat distractedly* It speaks! I mean, the Rat thing speaks! Oh dear, I think I've been rude. Pleased to meet you, entity, er, ...?

*Walks into SLR in confusion*

*notices the plaque on the wall*

'The Vivicious Memorial Corridor' would that be Sid?

The Vicious Memorial Corridor

Here are imprisoned ruthless gang leaders from around the Galaxy. Entities capable of amassing gigantic troops, capable of surviving even when their gangs and armies are totally destroyed. Survivability, charisma, and a poker face set one on the path to this hall.

BTW, Lil, yes I said that Affy4 ran in from outside. Also, the description of the corridor said that the door leading to outside was open. But no, there's no vaccuum. The asteroid is dense enough to sustain a decent atmosphere.

This is a sci-fi space odyssey. Air is going to be everywhere unless it's more convenient to the plot (barring being in space, of course).

*Corrupt follows Affy in and sees her companion facing off against a strange little robot.*

Err... yea. Whatever.

*looks around to see what else is on this floor*

*As Witty exits the elevator, she notices that her clothing and hair are completely dry. Grins to herself.*

So, what do we have here?

*Reads the plaque.*

Hmmmmmm. Charismatic gang leaders. Interesting.

*Corrupt finds several locked cell doors. The doors have no windows, but rest assured that there are criminal masterminds behind every one. Villains not unlike Al Capone, Hitler and Jabba The Hut, for example (though neither of those two occuppies these corridors). Meanwhile, Affy4 notices Witty and exits his stance that he entered upon seeing the Stupid Little Robot*

Affy4-I think I recall that maiden....yes, she was there when I was freed from the mind-shackles of the Coalition of Terror! Is this armored being an ally of yours?

*Dr. Harvey and The Arithmancer enter at this time*

Harvey-Hmmm....that barbarian over there looks remarkably like our adversary.

Arithmancer-Too obviously strong and not as agile. Can't be him.

*Kudos steps out and looks around, spotting Corrupt almost instantly*

[K] YOU!

[C] *turns around to see him* Oh, it's you. Finally got out of wherever you were stuck? And it looks like you've got quite the group with you.

[K] *points Blaster at Corrupt* YOU ABANDONED ME, YOU FREAK!

[C] Look who's talking. And that's not very smart, you kno--

*ch-CHAK BOOM BOOM*

[C] *looks down at the Kudos binary* Real smart, Kudos. How many times does it take for you to realize that I can *easily* block your blaster with my magic! Just a simple anti-reality-shifting shield is all it takes, really...

*picks up Binary Blaster*

I think I'll take this off your hands for now. Little kids shouldn't play with guns, you know.

*Turns to Affy4*

This armored being? He doesn't belong to me. We just became acquainted on the last cell block. I don't know what his agenda is. He's not very coherent. He is kind of cute in an eccentric sort of way, though.

Affy4-It seems that our respective groups have undertaken numerous adventures since our paths last collided. Ever since I last saw you people, I've gotten lost in a cavernous maze, duelled with a gigantic armored squid, somehow froze a daemon who looked remarkably like me, found myself trapped in a cargo compartment of some aerial vessel, and attempted to destroy a levitating monster that was larger than many buildings. Sadly, I had to leave that fight, though I believe that another friend of yours is continuing it.

Have you seen Elvis?

*looks nervously at cell doors* Are we at risk here? Well, that's a rhetorical question, I guess.

Is that GL I see?

I think we are in serious danger of being united with all the Salonistas, apart from Affy, of course.

Styxie, you reckoned that he wasn't banged up in this Nick?

*pulls a fresh rasher out of the cool box in her upper left arm pocket*

I do apologise: I called you Styx Jr. before I knew you could speak. Do you have a name that we can pronounce?

*looks around* I'm in favor of not opening the doors. But that's moot because we don't have keys. I think we ought to worry instead about the doors being opened by someone else... Shall we go outside?
