The cell doors are all locked for now, but B.E.T.T.E. might choose to unlock them (though the last time they did that it blew up in their faces).
Oh, and for the record: this Affy4 is the same Affy4 that you all ran into during the fight against the Coalition of Terror all those many months ago.
