[Sharp]: (Said one Lightning Terran to another) :
*& Shaking hands*
"Thanks LeRue, You've been of invaluable help to me in sorting out this mess of a project so far. Don't know whether I'd have been able to make head or tail of something...on this scale,-otherwise (by self)."
*Pauses, wondering how he should show gratitude*
"...You sure there isn' anything on he display case over there you see hat you might like. Go ahead, you can pick any one shop item you like (on the house)."

[Sharp]: "Alright then. & hey, thanks again. -You're welcome back anytime, y'know that?"
(thinking) : *Realizes* 'Hmm... that was (perhaps) overkill,' (& that the door had already shut.
'Oh geez (), I've been thanking the door .

: [Roughly to the tune of the Monty Python "Spam Song", but w/rearranged alterd lyrics]: Quest, quest, quest-quest... [Oh] Quest, wonderful quest! (etc.) <-but seriously there's a real quest going on. Thread link to it is over at the cathedral

*has been only sorta reading all this* er .... all things in good time. Airship building / magic carpet weaving / flying dragon raising / winged horse riding will become availible when there are enough places to fly to that such things would be practical.

: Makes sense. "Now about that sea lane/(Or like they'd say in Beowulf) 'whale road'..." *Smacks forehead* <-

The Artist Formerly Known as Nerd42 Posted Dec 1, 2005
yeah, I'll probably add some "Dragnar" ability at that point (as opposed to Dragoons)

: *with a Vuagner's viking horned-helmet, * "Ah yes, lurking beneath the strecth of windy-ship-lane..." <-I'd like it if there were some normal boats too. , can you imagine what sorts of seas might get into?

The Artist Formerly Known as Nerd42 Posted Dec 1, 2005
yeah doubtless we'll get a boat ride before the end of this quest. My quests usually have to cross lakes or oceans eventually

[Sharp]: *There is heard the sound of much hammering & sawing as well as the creaking of pulleys and the slackening and taughtening of ropes, as Sharp uses his strange machines to build a basement/cellar*
... One which is also,- like so much else about 'Rx & Bombardier' accessible by well-hidden trapdoor.
"There. Anole,- I've finished building the boat part to our airship... Too bad Aeryn isn't here to see it as well. , () Nevermind that... I've gone and added on a basement/cellar for us to have some further storage... starting with that boat (over there- already inside). I wouldn't worry about trying to move it out just yet though."

[Anole]: It looks real nice. Is there a working generator for it yet?

Thorn Posted Jan 6, 2006
: Eaugh! Now mother insists upon these rigid "structure-boundary" things for time frames even more...
[Sharp]: "Nope. Not yet, but the sails,- fold up... like you would do for a ship-in a bottle,- just at a quite larger scale."
*Snaps his fingers to go "oh darn."*

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
