[Gandark] I don't think Jack will mind ...
Gandark takes one of the less visible posters down and puts it in his pocket.
[Gandark] I can show that to any warriors I encounter who look like likely recruits.

[Sharp]: "I say, hello Gandark. Um, you wouldn't by any chance have happened upon anything in regards to opening up a bookshop now, would you? Just curious,- as I have been at means to come up with some way to learn a new spell for a bit of awhile now. Well, just down here doing a bit of errands."

*Holds up a to-do list piece of parchment to indicate*

*looks about for a carpenter*

[Jack] Why hello their sir, would you happen to want a Job working for you king under the watchful eye of Sharp the Black Mage?

[Carpenter] That depends on what the work is, and what they pay is,

[Jack] The Work? for that you'll have to ask Sharp, and the pay will be based on your productivity, I will pay you, but only what for what you make, and why should you belive this? because you have my word, and also, i will pay a quater on start, and the rest on completlion to the level sharp wants.

[Carpenter] Alright... take me there

[Gandark] Well ... I would, but I don't have the money right now. If I was to finish a quest and come back with some gold to spend, then I would. This copper doesn't go very far if you're trying to rent a building.
It's fine to just pretend you have money if you want to start a business - that's just not what I'm doing.

[Sharp]: "Ah" he puts in kind of a hushed whisper, as he draws the hood to his mantle over his head, that he is wearing over his cloak.

"I did not mean any harm by it then, to you,- as to why I was asking. Yes, a new spell might be kind of [a] nice thing to obtain sometime. It is true, that unless you are planning on putting it in, to having your business be located in some sort of an old and previously abandoned building, that some sort of an investment may be made. In that other case, one still has to set aside money for renovation, whatever necessary repairs might be. Anole and I really lucked out with that large and hollowed out abandoned tree."

*Looks Gandark in the eye.*
"The trade off with cheaper land at the outskirts or edge of town, I am afraid, is an increasing in the chance of running into monsters, out there. We had to fortify the place a bit. 'Specially after that last zombie uprising of late. I bid thee a good day,- or night then, as it may be. ...Also good fortune.
