Hi Waz's Left Arm, I see you are very very new to this board. Can I take this opportunity to welcome you most warmly to the hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy site

Why incidentally is it called 606?
------------
I'm just in denial and confused about sport in general.

>>Why incidentally is it called 606?<<
It should really be written 60.6, the first part being the average IQ of posters on that board and the second part being their cumulative mental age.

Who remembers the - oh what was it now? ..... Livebox (?) researchers - people accessing h2g2 through the tvs in the early days of digital and broadband.
Caused mayhem If I recall correctly.

You clearly have never listened to BBC5live then? Personally I love the footie stuff discussed on it. The name comes from starting traditionally at 6 minutes past 6 on a saturday evening after the matches finish at around 5.50. But it can be on at any time now on sat or sun.
(Aside. During wimbledon they called it 6love6...and during the Ashes 6duck6.
Clive you really do need to stay in more )

Well the 606s, bless their little cotton socks, can't be trusted with a messageboard that is open all night (or sharp implements, or fire) so they get closed down fairly early on.
Then, like the wandering savages they are, they stumble in the darkness looking for civilisation. Occasionally, they blunder across the grown-up space of hootoo and ask remarkably stupid questions. The hootoo natives, being protective of their little slice of cyber-paradise mow them down.
Bless.

Typical an athiest who does not know his/her sporting history. It wasn't the great maradonna who gave himself that title.
O.k try again.
Is Tiger Woods a prophet of Golf? Surely he's bought a message to the worlds golfers.

Sport is an abomination.
It attempts to corrupt our souls, our minds and undermine our will-power, leading us astray from those things beyond earthly hedonism.
It distracts the easily manipulated from their obligation to get drunk and have a good time. ... and detracts from teh sanctity of hoovering natch

What even me? I know my sporting history even if I'm an atheist. What has being an atheists to do with knowing or not knowing about sport?
WE're all different. That's the beauty of being an atheist.

Effers, don't engage him. He's a troll and an exceedingly dull one at that. His first post here was an insult, tells you all you need to know.
Key: Complain about this post
