It´s weird but I have no recollection of it happening, and I had an interest in space. My pencil case for school had photos of the space shuttle on it. But I remember chernobyl from the same year.

Speaking of 'puerile and low forms of humour' (#61) - recoil in horror and bear witness - as Fox News attempts to out-funny The Daily Show with a miserable double act of Rush Limbaugh and Anne Coulter - no relation to the evil witch in Dark Materials, that at least was fictional. He is the conservative radio talk show host and she the painfully skinny, right-wing demagogue commentator and are introducing a show on Fox News that attempt to park their tanks on John Stewart's lawn and wave a flag out the turret marked: "bang" (cue laughter).

I came, I saw, I cringed. I urge you to see it for yourselves.
