I'll have to agree - and to someone who hasn't followed the discussion from the beginning the conversation becomes very difficult to understand if you don't see what people have been responding to...

Reasoned argument is definitely the way to go. But it's hard to have a reasoned argument when:
a) Everybody agrees with each other.
b) The original poster disappears and doesn't come back with a justification for their question / opinion.
It sort of leaves you with a situation of 'We must be right because we're the majority and we all agree'. Which I don't think is the point of reasoned arguments.

Pity the original poster disappeared... I was quite looking forward to witnessing a good old fashioned Hoovoolooing on this subject

No-body sees it as a celebration that with infinate amounts of people can be on this site and the majority opinion in such a sensitive subject has proven to be a better view for all of us.. I myself am very proud that people have come so far in the last 50 odd years.. Makes me happy anyway..

Makes me glad to be born as I am in these times, rather than a time when I would have experienced prejudice...

Hi
We reversed the moderation decision. While the question could be perceived as being offensive, I think that the general community reaction to it is a far more positive way of dealing with this then hiding the posting.

I think it was probably meant to be offensive. If not, why use a term like "breeding". For me, "breeding" in the general sense refers to animals and thus this question implies that anyone having a relationship with someone of a diffent origin is an "animal" (hence, should they be allowed to "breed").
I fear my thoughts about what the writer should do as part of his/her "breeding activities" would not be suitable for this site.

By censorship i did mean people witholding comments to not say exactly what they think.. Not People censoring comments that are just plain ignorant..

What I think is "plain rude/crude" in this particular case.
