It has been sunny and warm today. Started clear and the clouds have built up during the day but the is clear now and is in the east.

I'm assuming we've lost (& now regained some) of the here, but it clouded over at about 10:15pm, so I saw the beginning of the eclipse, but not the end!! Not fair!!

Moon watching was good in Winchester - a bright, clear night.

However, it has now rained for the entire day and shows no signs of slackening off.

The eclipse of the started earlier than reported at 10:44pm. I came out at 10:30pm and it already was 3/4 covered. I watched untill it was 985 covered. It looked like a peachy brown haze had covered the moon.

Today cloudy start and it rained from 1pm to 4:30pm and then stopped and then started again at 6pm and finished at 9pm. It was also very windy and I had problems keeping up my umbrella up.

It's been raining all day, except for a brief respite at about half past six this evening, forecast isn't fantastic either!

A brief update on the weather during the eclipse, I saw the moon until it was about 2/3 covered, then the clouds rolled in, and only went away again when it was 2/3 UNcovered, so I missed the fun bit!

Ah well, better luck for me next time it happens, probably in about 20 years time knowing my luck!!

There was sunshine in the early morning but by late morning it had clouded over. It has been cold and windy. There was some light rain at 8:00pm.

Bright,sunny and mild.Would be a couple of degrees warmer if the breeze stopped.

Last night the rain started from 8pm and it was raining overnight and it stopped at 9:30am. There was also quite a strong wind. At 12:30pm The sun came out and it remained like that until sun down. The sky has some cloud but not a lot. The stars are visible.

Very changeable, typically March-like weather. Right now it's bright and sunny with scattered clouds, but just half an hour ago it was pouring rain! Very mild. About 10c.
