I think you might be dividing everyone up into "bad boys" and "nice blokes" a bit too neatly here guys. Don't rule yourselves out by using the ol' "nice guys finish last" excuse. Learn to embrace the less nice side of your personality! Its taken me yonks to accept that I'm an argumentative sod with a loving and giving (am typical fridays child) side! But the arguing means that I would rather communicate, surely? Makes sense to me.

I was thinking about this again today ... ladies would it be realistic to say that women want "men who are nice but not doormats"?

I asked a girl out for coffee yesterday and she agreed. So we´ll see how that goes.

Well, seeing as I didn´t care that much about her, I figured I didn´t have that much to loose by seeming desperate.

I just found out that three days ago, there was a 3000 person singles party here in Sweden.

Yeah but it's a good thing you only just found out, cuz if you did go, and didn't pull, you'd have been Really depressed.

I have to agree with that. I felt depressed enough after the 60 person single party.

What are they? How doy you prove you're single?

It´s just parties meant for single people. I don´t think they usually ask for any proof, that desperate look in your eyes is probably enough.
