how can i join, music if my life, i play the drums and my claim to fame is that my band supported Def Leppard in 1980 at the London Marquee and was also third on bill at Hammy Odeon in 1980 with Def Leppard and the great AC/DC

I play guitar and might be getting a drumset to learn on. Jimi Hendrix, Parliament-Funkadelic, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jane's Addiction, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Velvet Underground, and Public Enemy are the bands/musicians that I listen to every day. I really can never get tired of soulful music that grooves.

I want to join the guild to meet other people with similar musical tastes and help out with the music pages. I am currently working on a Funkadelic biography page.

Hi, I'm learning to play classical guitar at the mo, well I can play a little now, hopefully I will get better. I'm hoping to move on the an electric guitar eventually. My fave band is Foo fighters and I like mainly rock/alternative rock music. And I think that's about it!

Oi there.

This is the guild that really caught my eye, seeing as theres really nothing more important in life (besides the people in it) than music. I play the drums, I'm not bad...known now to be one of the best in my school. I play in a three man band, I also sing in a sort of side-project two man band with a guitarist (we assually only use an acoustic guitar). My favourite band is DEFINITELY Rush, and it's a pity there isn't a more elaborate entry on that band here than that one or two paragraph disgrace to one of the greatest bands ever...*catches breath*...On that note, I think I'll write one on them myself. When I get tired of listening to non-stop Rush (which is a rare thing), I put on some Pink Floyd, System of a Down, Deftones, and theres also a couple songs by The Cranberries which are really good...So, can I join?

I would like to join...

I play Guitar, rock + blues electric + acoustic... about 5 1/2 years.

I play Mandolin, 40 key Anglo Concertina, and Bass Guitar. I want to play Button Accordion, Fidlle and virtulally every instrument ever made.

I'm a big fan of Folk and Rock and the fusion of the two, The Tossers are my current favorite band.

I would like to find more Musicians in h2g2 and possibly get help if I need it.
