Maybe the re-infusion of some elder blood can stir up conversations and atmosphere that help to retain new-blood? I was quite pleased to see a number of 5-digit and low-6-digit numbers returning after the announcement of the sale. (And some pretty dedicated efforts off-line by such as a Paper-Person 
)

Took a walk into town to grab some lunch. Going through the underpass between the officey bit and town proper this guy walks into me twice, FROM BEHIND, (for he is unneccesarily weaving through the tunnel rather than just going with the flow of people) and then has the audacity to tell ME to look where I'M going.
