Nice to know there are other people out there in h2g2 land who also enjoy JM's early stuff.Althiugh he's still making good music,I still prefer the "roughness" of his early recordings when anyone who is/was anyone were playing in his ever changing line-ups.

well that all depends on whether you're actually listening to it... Personally I reckon the Grammy's sound better with the 'mute' button firmly depressed, but then that's just my taste
