h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*Having been blinded by the flash of light Fred decides to retreat back into cover, and runs into a wall.

~Warning - Hostile Intent - Targeting...~

*The backs of Charle's arms shimmer as the nanite shell crawls back, revealing a rpg launcher.*

~Target Found - Cockpit - Open Fire~

*The rpg fires, and streaks towards its target.*

*Craxus that was just moving around to avoid being hit by Isard's explosives, he grabs his tribarrel handguns and replaces the clips with nadquada tipped bullets (Nadquada is a very highly explosive element found on alien words.) Craxus dives down into the ground and begins to fire 10 rounds at Isard, hitting Isard's gun and chest plating.*

*The Mech is swinging violently. The Upper Hip Aculator is fried, Gyro-stabalizers were ruined, and the cockpit plasti-glass was a mess. Marshal veered hard left, as a rocket soared at the cockpit. It missed, but his the Heat Sink array on the right shoulder mount, blasting it apart in a shower of circuitry and freezing coolant. Heat Warnings begin to beep as the secondary motor catches fire, and Marshal hits the ejector system.
He only just gets clear. A moment later, the reactor goes critical, immolating the mech, and everything within 5 ft of it.

Marshal lands hard, and rolls behind a large cargo crate. He staya low, playing dead until everyone lost interest. There was a time to fight, but is wasn't now...*

*Isard is knocked to the ground by the high-explosive blasts. He gets up, ignoring the pain of his 1st degree burns, he reloads the GBG with high-explosive/incendiary. He fires 3 rounds that hit Craxus in the gut and his right and left pectorals (That's chest for you lay-people).*

*Isard then finds a nice corner to sit in as he tends his wounds and then puts re-patch self bonding armor plates over the big hole in his Mandalorian armor.*

[Amid all the violence, Yar (in the armor he was wearing) was obscured by smoke, etc. for a few moments. (And by the way, his Flash Stopper was broken, but he's got others.) When the smoke clears (briefly), his armored hand waves at Craxus.]

*Craxus goes flying backwords from such an impact from Isard's GBG. Luckily his chest armor held, since it's when of the strongest alloy in all of the galaxies.*

Owww...... that kinda hurt's.

*Craxus clutchs his chest from teh severe pain he's recieving.*

*Isard, his chest healed (somewhat) and his armor repaired, loades the GBG with Armor peircing/delayed explosive warheads. He fires three rounds at Craxus's chest, each hitting the armor in front of his heart.*

*Craxus begins to bleed as the rounds start to break through his armor. Craxus starts coughing up some blood.*

*Craxus takes his gauss ammo clip and loads it up into his gun. Craxus fires every single shot of the 25 round clip at Isard's arms and legs.*

Oy Isard! Bugger off!

*Jade (who was hiding under her Lothlorien cloak durring the durration of that exceedinly exausting b'log, and ergo unhermed,) grabs n arrow from the quiver hanging at her back, murmurs something in elvish, nocks it to her bow, and fires. The shot hits Isard directly in the chest, but instead of burying itself in, the arrow splits into tiny spidersilk fragments and spins silently around him, binding his arms and legs together.*

*She looks at Craxus, laying somewhere near her feet.*

Gods, you have to quit doing that. You're going to get yourself killed, you know.

*Jade fits another arrow to her bow and pulls back, aiming it directly at Isard's head.*

Move but an inch and your fate is sealed.

Yea I know...

*Craxus takes his black cloak that he got from his brother Haldir, and swings it over him and Craxus completely disapears.*

[Yar's armored form shrugs and throws two Supposition Disks, one at Jade and the other at Craxus. Like most of Yar's weapons, they have several settings, all of which are "stun." Jade's is at maximum, Craxus' at normal.]

*While Jade and Craxus are pre-occupied being stunned, Isard activates the fore-arm blades on his armored gauntlets, they cut straight through the spidersilk. After much flopping around like a fish, Isard managed to get his hands free aswell. He then got out his vibro-knives and began to very carefully cut away his bonds. Once he was finally free, he picked up the GBG and fired the last 2 rounds into Craxus's chest (as he could see him through the infra-red function of his helmet's varouis 360 degree sensors). Isard then put the GBG back onto his backpack and got out his gTg, fully loaded with a 5 bullet drum. This he pointed at Jade, waiting paceintly to see if she actuall went down from being stunned for once.*

that's a 50 bullet drum, not a 5 bullet drum

*Fires at ground underneath Isard, attempting to create a hole, while shielding himself behind a metal pillar*

*Isard jumps back from the growing hole at where his feet used to be. Isard then lobs a fragmenting hand grenade at Terran's feet.*

*recovers from blindness. Lunges for chain sword and takes cover from grenade*

*Craxus clutching his chest begins to take shorten breaths from taken the two more hits to the chest.*

[Yar's armored from bounces over, kicks Skullock's chain sword across the room from him, and bounces away again.]

*Isard picks up the chain sword and smashes it to very small peices on the wall.*
