[X shrugs and goes into the store.]

*Affy pokes his head into the General Store*

Hey, if anyone needs me, or if anyone wants a change of scenery, I'll be at the abandoned mines. There's a little alcove close to the entrance that I've been sleeping in these past few weeks. See ya later.

*Exuent*

*Finishes searching the buildings and takes his horse to the corral. Walks back out to the main street after tending to the horse, and notices the activity in the General Store, not to mention the smell of chili and cornbread. Walks toward the Store, but slips in the jello. Gets up and brushes himself off.*

What we need now is a good rain.

*Enters the Store.*

*stiffly slides off Gandalf's back, almost twisting her ankle when landing, having forgotten to look for something to step on*

*leads Gandalf to where Bonnie and Clyde are drinking*

*goes off in search of a place to wash off the dust*

*Munchkin slowly comes to. Sits up, looks around himself at the state of the coach and then at the state of his jacket and wallet*
Some bounder has shot me in the wallet. And they've defaced a coin, that's treason that is.
*He staggers up, collects his rucksack and rifle, but can't find his hat anywhere. Staggers out of the coach and wanders out into the main street. Looks with confusion at the destruction and dead jellos and then spots his hat, trampled and hole ridden in the middle of the road.*
Now this is personal! I wonder where everyone else went?
*Hears noises from the general store of an Atelier type nature and goes to investigate.*

*Surveys the devastation, then begins wandering from brightly colored puddle to brightly colored puddle, saying a short prayer near each. At one point he stops and wipes away a tear from his eyes.*

*Munchkin wanders back out on to the Main Street and heads towards the end of town where he meets Zeppo. He scratches him behind the ear and offers him a bit of Kendal Mint Cake.*
So, boy, was there somethng you wanted to show us?

*exits the store, since everyone will be leaving soon and she's not quite sure if she'll be left behind or not*

*Watches the Reverend silently for a moment, then pulls out a lacy handkerchief and dabs at her eyes*

Ah, its always those left afterwards who have to bear the burden of grief. Why do these ruffians not think of those who they will leave behind before embarking on their wicked ways, eh Zeppo?

*Comes out of the store and heads over to the corral. Emerges a few minutes later on his horse.*

Looks like Zeppo thinks we should take the road out of town.

*Walks his horse to the road out of town.*

*Emerges from the general store and follows GL, careful not to step in anything the horse leaves behind.*

*with everything left ship-shape and Bristol fashion at the store, exits and follows the others*

Hang on, wait a minute, I'm coming!

*reloads the treacle shooter and joins the general exodus from the store*

well, boys and girls, where are we going now? are we going to look for the celery?

*muffled disembodied voice-salery?,money?,huh?*
