* Eli nods at Charlie's answer. He casts a glance or two into the open doors, wondering how the Louis brothers can live here like this - the memories must be overwhelming at times. At the same time he's glad he brought the Annie Laurie with him - with his caving gear in her storage. He's got a feeling they might need it. *

* He looks at Paul to see how he's holding up, and then glances at Kyra as well. *

*Kyra is trying to imagine what the place was like with people in it, little kids and pets ... and can't. She sighs softly*

*Paul looks into one of the quarters, then closes his eyes for a moment. He has an arm around Tavaron's waist and holds her close while she gently rubs the base of his tail.
Tarak is sniffing around, but stays close to Tavaron and Paul after Tavaron calls him back from one of the doors.*

*Charlie stops at obviously rather newly painted walls and opens the door to an apartment. Bright light falls into the corridor from inside - at least compared to the emergency lights.*

* Eli once again notices Paul's reaction and suspects the reason for it. When they stop at the appartment, he waits for Paul, Tavaron and Charlie to enter first. *

*Kyra suddenly shivers and enters the room, glad to get out of the ghost-corridor*

*Charlie relains standing outside*

Plsea get in.

*he makes an inviting gesture, so Paul and Tavaron enter with Tarak. They get into a big living room with two sofas, shelves, a viewscreen and everything else that is needed. There also is a set table and - to Pauls surprise - toys like a teddy bear and a plastic space ship that lie on the floor.
The brothers obviously took one of the bigger quarters for themselves - well, why not? Noone else needs them. At the back of the room is a big window and behind it plants can be seen.*

*A door opens and another blonde man comes in, grinning*

Good evening!

*he goes to hug Paul, then smiles at the others*

I'm Raphael. Please take a seat everyone.

*he gestures at the table*

* Eli enters the room and looks around curiously. He returns Raphael's greeting with a smile and a handshake, and sits down at the table. *

*When everybody has sat down, Charlie brings the food. First soup, then some strange meat and vegetables - but not bad tasting.
Paul looks at Raphael.*

Say... do you have a child here?

*he nods and smiles broadly*

Oliver. My son... but he's in bed already.

*Paul smiles*

We'll meet him tomorrow then, I guess.

*Raphael nods.*

*They go on eating and have a pleasent dinner, after which Tavaron leaves and soon lets the tardis materialize in the Androcles, as a door next to the door to the apartment of the two brothers. Some how Paul is happy, that he doesn't have to sleep directly on the ship.*

*Kyra has been unusually silent during their time on the Androcles. Even though she has never before seen the inside of this ship, it brings back memories of the two girls' faces, almost as clearly as the first time she'd seen them in the corridor of the Incandescence*

*She convinces Eli to leave the ship with her, and she breathes more easily when they are outside*

*She climbs onto a rock and lies down to sun herself*

* Eli sits down next to Kyra and lets Frankie off her leash, telling her to stay close. The poodle starts to sniff around and Eli keeps an eye on her - after glancing at Kyra. *

So, what do you think of the ship, and the brothers?

*Kyra isn't sure what she thinks*

They must love the ship a lot.

* Eli nods. *

They probably were born there. Any other first impressions?

* Frankie is getting a little too far away for his liking, even though she's wearing her protective amulet. He knows little about the local flora and fauna, and doesn't want her to eat something harmful by accident. So, he calls her and she comes back, wagging her tail. After a few pets from Eli she lies down between him and Kyra. *

*Kyra pats Frankie without getting up*

It must've been nice there, before they killed them. A real home.

* Eli looks thoughtful, one hand playing with one of Frankie's ears. *

Yes.

* He is silent for a moment. *

You do realise we may actually find some clues here? If they really haven't been in some parts of the ship all this time...

*Kyra makes a mmhmm noise in lieu of nodding*

Yeah, we'll have to have a look around. But I don't know anything they could have left there that'd help us. They didn't tend to leave business cards.

* Eli nods slowly. *

I know - but we'll have to try anyway. That's why we're here. Another good reason to bring the Annie Laurie - it's got a lot of equipment on board, we may nead it.

* Thinking of his shuttle, he chuckles. *

Though at the moment she's a shuttle inside of a tardis inside of a starship. I should have remembered to take her out before Tavaron brought her tardis into the ship.

*Kyra laughs*

That'd make my head hurt, if I thought about it too hard.

*She yawns*

It's nice out here.

* Eli nods and inhales the forest air. *

Yes, and it smells lovely, too. I'll have to tell the airducts about this scent.

* He grins, remembering his conversation with the Larris twins. *

*Kyra smiles*

I thought they didn't work on you?

* Eli gives Kyra a slight smile. *

I can drop my mental shield if I want to - and very controlled, too. But who knows - maybe talking to the airducts will also work.
