i already resolved it! shepherds pie is sheep because shepherds look after sheep and cottage pie is cows because cows live in cottages. alternatively it's because they both begin with the same letter, i don't know.
where's that draught coming from? and kitush there's no need to hide under there, there's absolutely no threat of invasion whatsoever.
