Erm, no, the Yozozo spell already came out in another forum.

Incidentally, I heard about that reverse of the Vaxum spell when I read, "The Lost City of Zork". I saw it in a used book store and immediately exclaimed, "IT MUST BE MINE!!!" But enough of that.


[Ultros] We whack 'em! We whack 'em!

[[Imp Song]]

[Just to add to Scurge's transformation, he transforms into an Imp.]

[YK] Ultros, why did you do that? He was already transformed enough.

[Ultros] I dunno! [escapes through the ceiling]

*UH shoots the speaker system, so pap roach and eminem are firmly switched off*

Affy cast another one of those spells into the ventilation system in case it might be handy again


[Penguin] Ow!

* the penguin steps backwards and throws a fireball at Scurge *

Oh okay cool.

Several (42) little browm demon imps arrive and start swarming over the heroes. The have a thing against pairs and attempt to steal 1/2 of every pair they encounter.

In the case of a pair of superheroes they attempt to kidnap the sidekick. (That is, after all, what sidekicks are for.)

* the penguin doesn't have a sidekick, but he does have a pair of feet, a pair of eyes and a pair of flippers, so he defends both of them with fire and his big gun. Imps fly. Some of them in little pieces *

UH has no sidekick. But he does sidekick any of the imps that come too close

[Since YK, Mackenzie, Link, Janine, and Mog form a group of five, it is excessively difficult to divide them in half. YK arms his lightsaber, Mackenzie gets ready to cast X-Zone, Janine draws her katana (the Slicer), Link puts on the Goron Mask and becomes Darmani, and Mog dances to the tune of "Mambo Number Five", causing a six-foot toad to appear and land one one of the imps.]

While the heroes are distracted by the minor swarm of imps SW casts a web spell on the elevator shaft making it impossible to traverse.

Scurge ducks magic thrown at him and starts shooting at penguin with chain gun. X and X2 continue firing, even though a few imps have got in their systems.

YK, in the future, don't let harsh words dispell the Vaxum spell. What you read is in the books *only*, and the books are not considered continuity by the Zorking community. They are only occasionally used as reference points to help define whatever gaps in Zork's history and geography that aren't otherwise covered in the games (such as the character of Syovar the Strong, who was originally just a character from the books, but was later implemented into the backstories of two or three games.


*Affy shoot his snowzar (set to four hours) at Scurge, X, X2, and a group of about twelve imps. By now, the imps have definitely been reduced in size, and Scurge has displayed the ability to still use his usual weapons even when in a different body*

I didn't let the Vaxum spell get dispelled. I took your word for it. Ultros is still on our side, he's just hiding.

* the penguin waves a flipper, casting a spell to deflect the bullets, but gets it wrong and gets shot *

[Penguin] Ouch!!!

* he falls over, lands rather heavily on the floor, bleeds on it for a little while and then abruptly vanishes *

[YK] Bet that hurt.

[Mackenzie decides not to use X-Zone after all and says so]

[Janine] Good for you. Now let's target Scurge and SW.

[Darmani] Good idea.

[Darmani/Link Z-targets Scurge and throws a bomb at him. Mog uses "Muddle 2"* on SW. Muddle causes the target to spin around wildly, hitting their own allies.]

[*Footnote: Casts "Muddle" on L3,6,9...person.]

*engages claws*
what, exactly, are we doing here?

SW spins around wildly hitting everything in, and out of, sight with her whirrling demondisks. After using up her supply of 42 disks she recovers from the muddle spell and notices that most of the imps she brought have been slaughtered.

Now that she's regained her senses SW realises she forgot to turn her antimagic amulet back on. (It prevents magic from working within three feet of the wearer and needs to be turned off when she casts a spell.)

Deciding to play it safe SW hides behind a convenient object and starts sniping at the heroes with her spas shotgun.

Spas?


[Ultros jumps down from the ceiling]

[Ultros] Wee-hee-hee-hee! Game over! Don't tease the octopus, kids!

[Ultros uses Muddle2 on Scurge, and then tries to attack SW with his still-encased wooden mallet.]

[Ultros] Eck. Erm, Affy, couldja open dis for me?

*GL changes to wolf form and runs behind X and X2. He lifts his leg first on X, then on X2. The stream of, um, liquid causes a short circuit in both of the robots, which fries their innards. They fizzle and spark, their eyes go wide open and they cease functioning. Smoke pours out their ears.*

A spas is an ordinary everyday type of shotgun

Noticing that she doesn't have enough Imps to adequately shied herself from the attacks by the Heroes SW turns off her Amulet of antimagic and tries to summon some more. Unfortunately she is distracted at the last minute and ends up summoning an Evil Looking Demon Dude.

"Sorry Dude, I was trying to summon some more imps."

[Evil Looking Demon Dude]
"I'd love to help, but as I'm not a member of Sumped this doesn't involve me. Bye." The Evil Looking Demon Dude Dissapears in a puff of smoke.
