Well, no wonder it took so long to get back in here. Look at all that foreign language that had to be gotten past the moderators!

JLC the TTP aka ...It's All Happening! Posted Apr 30, 2001
Dearest Kes,
Missed you so much darling! I can't believe they just want to brit us out like this. Does the galaxy only exist in English? Tut Tut Tutankamen and please keep me abreast of any poesia en Espanol ou Francais. I have been reading some modernist mexican poetry on the Gulf of Mexico. I got my first light coat of tan. It felt sooooo good. Nothing like a good book of poetry on the beach. I have been ill, not sure what to make of it all but am finally feeling better. I feel good on the beach because I lost a little weight, not the way to do it but It's All Good, as the kids say here in the USA. Keep in touch.
Worlds of Love,
JLC the TTP

Good to see you again, JLC. The light tan looks pretty good .... and we can always replace the weight loss by means of a few drinks at the BOF Inn bar. It's taking some time and plenty of drinks to get used to the new house rules ... I am hopeful that the foreign language poems (well, some of them anyway) will emerge from Moderation ... the problem seems to be finding moderators with the right languages .... Pull up a bar stool. Good place to keep an eye on things

I just put everyone in The Snug to sleep with a wandering disertation on Tom Wolfe's latest 'novel' so I thought I'd run round all the BOF rooms and see where the Library got to...
We had some good titles here. A lot of them got burned during the cold snap over xmas but there must be some around here yet somewhere.
Ah, there we are, a freshly painted door, with sign that says "The Library". Perhaps it's more than just a 'reading room' and one can chat about books in fine old BOF fashion without some young upstarts ranting about 'Harry Potter' or 'furry faced critters with mystic powers who save the 'world' from ... Arrgghhh!

You will find THE LIBRARY at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F57147?thread=110179&skip=0&show=20 or under BOF INN 'Other Conversations'
