Pity it's impossible the sacrifice him (the invincible guy, that is) - imagine all the prayer power I'd get!

*remembered what she wanted to say*
Philadelphia sometimes gets nasty winters where it's white for months straight, sometimes mild ones where it will flurry three times and that's it. But last year in Israel the few times I got homesick were always for home in the snow, going sledding with friends or catching flakes on your tongue or doing all those other romantic storybook things that somehow manage to be nice and not over-cliched... digging snowforts and throwing snowballs and shovelling the driveway and then going in for hot chocolate, thawing out and being together against the cold...

SPINY (aka Ship's Cook) Posted Oct 7, 2001
*As the backlog train rattles down the track at a frightening speed, the salonistas look out of the windows to see a tiny hedgehog, scarlet in the face and running as fast as his little legs will carry him. It is still not enough to keep pace with the last carriage. He stumbles and falls, and for a moment it looks as if he will vanish from sight. But a salonista on the rear observation platform catches him and pulls him aboard, to the sound of a grateful, but wheezy thank-you. From further up the train, a guard is heard to shout "Backlog! Non-stop train for Backlog! All tickets please!" Spiny heads for the Dining Car*

*sitting at a table in the dining hall, wearing a spiffy suit with a boutaneer, and sipping red wine, Arlecchino looks up and sees SPINY*
Ho, there! Come and have a seat, why don't you? There's a special on vegetable soup today! Quite good, especially if you live somewhere where it is cold and rainy out.

[MTG] Just got back from a buddy's bday party. Drinks were had pool was played.. I made the all time most incredible and difficult shot in all my years of playind pool (billiards), and I mean *amazing*. I had two balls left on the table and they were 100% obscured by the opponents balls. There was not a single clean shot to be had. So I bank the cue around the other balls and make not one but both of my balls in and the cue is now perfectly lined up to sink the eightball. I shoot at the eaight and miss my pocket by a quarter inch. This difference is enough to bank it to the other side of the pocket by the same quarter inch difference and then the ball rolled all they way down the table and into the exact oppisite pocket that I called. Is that karma biting me in teh ass or what?

I wouldn't worry Lizzie. It's not compulsory sometimes even I am surprised at the amount of backlog generated here.
You can generally get the drift of the current topic of conversation by reading the last LED or two. Should be enough in them to not blunder too far off topic
It's just nice that people come back. So many don't
So how is your weekend then?

Still happening. I'm at work Out of work it's eat and sleep, so not what you would call exciting. Still off to Dublin next weekend. Hey ho. This place keeps me going though.
I assume it is evening where you are, by the use of past tense in your last post.?
Where do you hail from? (sorry haven't been to your page yet )
