Es gibt einige Fälle, die man nicht viel benutzt. Aber die anderen brauchen wir in dem Alltag. Häl im Verstand, dass wir keine Präpositionen haben.(fast)

Ich habe dieses Coca-Cola-Lied im vierten Klass gelernt, und kann es niemals wieder vergessen...

Ich war an einer Interrail-Reise in letztem Sommer. Dann bin ich durch Deutschland und Österreich gereist. Ich blieb einen Tag in einer Ost-Deutschen Stadt, die Bautzen hiess, und zwei Tage in Wien. Es war eine wirkliche Schande, dass ich nicht länger in Wien bleiben konnte, da ich hatte sie sehr gern.

I was on an Interrail trip last summer. I traveled through Germany and Austria. I spent one day in an East-German town that was called bautzen, and two days in Vienna. It was areal shame that I couldn't stay for longer in Vienna since I liked it so much.

In year four I learnt a song in French. It went:

"Pass me the ketchup please, Pass me the salt please. Pass me the pepper please. Pass me the butter please. Thank you for my meal."

instead of „Häl im Verstand“ say „Man muss bedenken“ (Keep in mind…)
instead of „im vierten Klasse” say “in der vierten Klasse”(in 4th class)
instead of „Ich war an einer Interrail-Reise in letztem Sommer“ say „Ich war auf einer Interail-Reise im letzten Sommer“ (I was on an Interrail trip last summer.)
instead of „Es war eine wirkliche Schande“ say „Es war wirklich schade“ (It was a shame) (comment: in German „Schande“ is just too much here)

Wir haben viele Regen gehabt. Gestern wurde mein Zug 2 Stunden lang wegen eine Flut umgeleitet.

Today the sky is grey and there is a wind. It is nice.

Corrections:
viele Regen -> viel Regen (masculin, singular)
wegen eine -> wegen einer (Genitiv, if I'm not mistaken)
gibt einen Wind. -> gibt Wind (no idea why ... )

Regen order Donnert und Blitzen -> Regen oder Donner und Blitz (noun forms rather than verb forms)

some corrections:

say “Ich habe meine Oma besucht.” instead of „Ich habe meine Oma besichtigt.“. You use „besichtigen“ when talking about sightseeing, i.e. “Ich habe ein Museum besichtigt.”

say „Link“ instead of „Bindung“ when talking about hyperlinks. German speaking people took over the English term. (der Link, der Hyperlink)

it’s “Wörterbuch“ instead of „Wortbuch“

It is English law, not German, but I must remember lots.
